I absolutely cannot figure Addy out sometimes! Addysen LOVES her bath, I mean really LOVES her bath! She goes crazy for bath time, so I thought this year she would love to have her own little pool to hang out in while we are all outside. Scott was washing the cars and the boys were playing in the hose. Nope, she tolerated it to say the least! She is definitely a girl who likes consistency and has trouble with carryover to other environments, that's for sure! I was also a big meanie and made her spend some time in the grass. She does not like grass at all! Cooper HATED grass when he was little. I couldn't even walk by grass without him freaking out. So when Cooper was about 19 months old I put him at the farthest part of our yard and made him walk through the grass to get to me. He screamed the entire time! But you know what?!?! He got over his sensory issues with grass and it wasn't an issue anymore!

Addy starts going to school tomorrow. Okay it's Extended School Year, but actual school for her for the first time. She still has all therapies at home with the exception of having 1 1/2 hours of OT/PT at school on Fridays but she wasn't with other kids. It will be interesting to see how she does. She NEEDS to be around other kids so badly, however, her immunity still is an issue. Hopefully she will enjoy the other kids and have some fun without getting sick! We are still waiting to see if she is over this awful C-Diff. She has finished three rounds of the antibiotics and has the go ahead to go to school. We will repeat cultures the end of this week.
Friday we are heading up to St. Louis for the Cardinals game. Cooper is singing the National Anthem with the Junior Jays honor choir again. It was so fun for him last year, I know he'll enjoy it again. We're just hoping it's not so hot this time! Addy is going with us this trip since we don't have anyone to keep her. I know she'll do just fine, I just don't want her to overheat! Not sure what our plans will be for the day on Friday yet. I know we'll head somewhere for the kids on Saturday too. Maybe the Magic House this time, I've heard it's awesome!

The pool is absolutely darling.Zoey hasn't gotten the knack of her place through space yet,so I think maybe next year would be a good time for a pool.Hoping in a years time we can get her up on her feet and kick the g-tube addiction too ... wouldn't that be great?
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Magic House! Used to go there almost every year... be prepared, it can get a little loud. Hopefully the kids will like the maze - pitch black, feel your way through, the end is a two story slide! LOVE IT!
If you go to One Step Ahead, they have a little stoller fan that runs on 2 AA batteries. We do not go anywhere without it. Have fun!

Very cool @ Cooper and the choir. That's great she'll be going to school tomorrow. Peanut has been going for over a year now and loves her friends and teachers at school. Best part, she gets all of her therapy at school so it's less running around for therapy anyway. :-)
