Back to normal!
Addy is back to normal again today! Got all of the milk out of her system and she slept 12 hours last night and was very happy today. She even got to go to the football game tonight. She kept signing TOUCHDOWN! It was soo cute! We won 38-0!!! We will try the Elecare tomorrow so please pray she tolerates it well! Jarika could use prayers too, she takes the ACT in the morning! I will keep everyone posted about Addy boo! I really hope it goes well, the dietitian told Scott that after this one we really only have one other option then it's really a toss up what to do!

Poor Addy - this is what Christopher does too. He is on Elecare and it seems to be working ok for him. They can actually also use Pregestimil too - almost the same thing, just a different brand. If I would have know you need to try it out, I could have sent you some. :( Sorry.
Anyway, we go next week to Wisconsin to see if part of these issues with Christopher is actually an immune disorder. He has been tested over and over for Celiac, but doesn't have it. The only thing that we can find that mimmicks Celiac is CVID (Common Variable ImmunoDeficiency). I'll let you know what we find out.

So glad she is feeling better! We love football and have been trying to teach Mattie touchdown. Poor thing, everytime we get excited about a touchdown, we scare the child to the point of crying. She is so sensitive to noise.
Come on Elecare, praying that it works great.
One thing I forgot to add about the Elecare - for some reason Christopher can only use the UNFLAVORED version. The docs will try to tell you there is no difference, but for some reason the vanilla does the same thing as the other formulas. One GI doc was particularly nasty about it until I called her in for a "chat" during the aftermath of a blowout. :) A sample is usually all it take to get your point acrooss - even for GI docs. LOL!
Also, if they decide to try any Duocal to increase her calories - e-mail me before you buy. We have extra and I would be glad to send you some if you want to try it before you spend the $$$$.'
