If you look to the right of the YouTube page, you will see the picture of the person who originally posted the video.
Underneath her, you can see two choices: URL (which is what you used to make your link on your blog, but you probably just copied it from the address line at the top of your screen) and Embed.
You want to embed the video someplace else, so you can click and copy what is in the box (all that html code).
Come back to your blog, go to "Edit HTML", and paste the code. Switch over to "Compose" or "preview" to see if it worked.
