Please Help!!!
American Express is GIVING AWAY over two million dollars! The money will go towards the top projects created and nominated by American Express card members. One of the projects in the running was created by the founder of Reece's Rainbow, Andrea Roberts. If this project is selected, ALL of the orphaned children with Down Syndrome currently listed on Reece's Rainbow will receive FULL GRANTS towards their adoptions. There is no way for us to truly realize how this would benefit all of the waiting children and their potential families. I know several families have their heart very open to adoption but the financial burden is just too much. I know that if I had the finances, Scott and I would be heading out of the country to bring another angel with Down syndrome home to our family. Finding homes and families for all of these children would be AWESOME!!! In the countries where these children are from there is no place them in society. Every time a child with Down Syndrome is adopted, governments and members of these countries see that these children are wanted and loved. So this project will not only has the potential to save hundreds of orphans with Down syndrome, but will also have HUGE global impact in the way that these countries view their children with special needs.
I have added a button to on this post that links you to this particular project. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN AMEX CARD HOLDER TO NOMINATE THIS PROJECT! I do not have an American Express card and I nominated as a guest with no problems or signing up fo the credit card. Simply click on the button and select "Nominate this Project," sign in to vote as a guest or sign up for a guest account and cast your vote! It is quick and easy and your vote could literally save lives!
Without Reece's Rainbow, little angels that I feel like I know them and their familes: Ava, Amanda, Kara, Xander, Grifyn, Caleb, Caleb, John Paul, Micah, Emma, Gabby, Macey, Ella, Cody, Logan, Zech, Katherine, Emilia, Dennis, David, Alex, Max, Luka, Lera, and many more that I am hitting a brain block as I type. As a person who is so thankful for Reece's Rainbow, even though we personally have not adopted through them, I have seen many children come home to their forever families and have seen the wonderful miracles that have been accomplished in their lives through the love of a family. Please, take a few minutes of your time and vote for this worthwhile project!
